We accept Cash on Delivery only.
How much time it takes for delivery?
We ship all orders within 1 day after confirmation. It will take around 3-4 Working days for the item to reach you.
What is your return policy?
You can return/exchange undamaged, unopened products in original packaging within 7 days. To do so, please fill-up our Return Product Form. (Click here)
Are out-of-stock items restocked?
If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.
Do you ship worldwide?
We are currently delivering in Pakistan only.
Can I ask for a change or refund?
Jevele has a 30-days refund policy: you can buy the product and if you are unsatisfied, you can return it within 7-days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting our customer support team.
What if I receive a wrong product or a product in bad conditions?
We’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs within 30-days only if the product is damaged, unopened or defective at the time of delivery or the item does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had purchased.
How do I place an order on Jevele .com?
