REFUND POLICY

Jevele has a 30-days refund policy: customers can buy the product and if they are unsatisfied, they can return it within 7-days. We’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs within 30-days only if the product is damaged, unopened or defective at the time of delivery or the item does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had purchased.  We highly recommend taking note of your return tracking number as you may need this to track your return package.

RETURN POLICY - PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS

To obtain a refund of the item, you must contact customer support within 4 - days of receiving your product(s).

 

RETURNING DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In cases of damage or defect, please provide a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. The item may be required to return to Jevele for inspection.

 

WHO COVERS THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that if you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return.

 

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Contact customer support to request a return. You must make this request within 4- days of receiving the shipment. Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your message and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color), account credit, or a refund.

Use the Upload File button in the chat to proactively provide digital images of damaged or defective products.
